98. The rear view mirror folding forward every time engine starts
The car is 98 Celsior. Recently the driver side rear view mirror started folding forward a bit every time I started the engine. It is about 10 degrees each. Retracting the mirror fixes the position and I am currently doing so. It is not a serious issue but I want to fix the problem.
They say that a weak battery would cause this. But mine is almost new. As I measure the voltage when the starter motor is working, the battery is holding 10.9V or higher and this level must not be a problem. The generator is working fine and the voltage is holding at least 14.1V even at the idling.
It seems to me that the problem is caused by a poor voltage regulator in the driver side door computer unit but I don't know. Is there anyone who has experienced similar problem with me?
