Does anyone know where the thermal switch is? (the one on top the engine) I found the other switch by the radiator.

Question A/C Thermal Switch

I ask this question again! Does anyone know where the thermal switches are in the 95 LS? My A/C fan does not spin fast enough!

The few problems on the A/C for the 1st gen. LS are most likely Compressor and the hose next to it, the Evaporator+Expansion valve. That's why the Lexus dealer told you that the compressor is bad to begin with. BTW, I sorry for your misfortune and a bad experience on your LS.
