shocks and struts '92/'93
What are the recommended shocks and struts for a 92 and 93 LS 400? I am going to keep them stock. I have looked at the prices for KYB and Tokico and monroe sensatrax. I would like a comfortable ride close to original, what do you suggest? I also have a broken spring on right rear and noticed that the left has been replaced with a toyota spring recently. Does anyone have a good rear spring for sale? thanks Jeff

I am sorry to bother you pure. I have searched a couple of times and cannot find the information i need. I am definitely doing something wrong for the search never seems to give me the specific info I am looking for. I need someones phone # that wouldn't mind helping. Sorry again.

you are probably putting in TOO much info for your search. Try to search under general phrasing such as "shocks 1st gen,, springs,, etc" Also go into the advanced search section and narrow down the search to one specific forum as well. This will help alot. Sometimes alot of info when searching is TOO much info and it will come back as a "no search found" result.
To answer your question. To keep it really close to stock ride, KYB's are about as close as you are gonna get (aftermarket) unless you get them from the Lexus dealer. The OEM ones from the Lexus dealer are also KYB's as well, however they were spec'ed a little different for Lexus.
