Default TC models and EGR

I was on lexLS and noticed their procedure for cleaning the EGR screen, only to find my '93 looks different than the pictured one. There are supposed to be three vacuum lines that go to the top of the throttle body that lead to the EGR valve, but I only have one and no visible valve. If I recall correctly it goes to the TC unit, and the other two are capped.

Were the systems reconfigured on Traction Control models, or do they just not have EGR pipes?

The EGR pipe is still there, just 93-94 models have simplified EGR system.
