is EGR Valve important? and does it needs to replace?
i just found out today that my CEL is a EGR Valve problem
should i replace it? or it doesnt really matter

Just unplug it and stick a 10,000 ohm resistor in the plug and bolt on some egr block off plates, no more cel..

my friend said i could do that but it's not gonna last that long
but what im thinking is i might just leave it like this til i have to do smog check
coz i think imma swap a 1jzgte anyway so it's gonna be a waste to do it
that's y i wanted to know if it's neccessary to fix it
