ok so here is the deal!
my ls400(1995) is going under standard rpm while standing...
it should be at about 600-700rpm mine is 400-500 and my seering wheel shakes when it idles at that rate.
anyone have ne ideas what can stop this problem?
or what can it be?

it might be the idle control valve i dunno. sometimes when i start my car WITH snow on the hood. it drops very low but it jumps back up if u let it warm.

and where is the idle control valve and how do i fix it or change it? or whatever need to be done?

My 93 LS400 idles at 500 and is as sweet as a bird so low revs alone should not cause thinfs to shake.
