which spark plugs should I Put?
i was driving the other night and i smelled anti-freeze i thought it wsnt me.
i stop on a red light and i seen a little bit of smoke in front. i put my car in reverse to see maybe im on a sewer or something as soon as i moved back smoke came from the sides of my car like in the movie "THE FOG" lol.
i took it to the shop the next morning and one of my hoses riped and anti-freeze got on my spark plugs and now my car is miss-firing in cylinder number 5 and 7 so i need to do a tune up and change my spark plus lol...
which spark plugs are good for a 1995 lexus ls400 with a milage of 231,000?

When I bought my LS400 it had some Bosch Platinums in it.
I did a tune ASAP just for good measure, and I replaced the plugs with some NGK Laser Iridiums, stock #4589. The NGK part# is IFR6T-11. According to NGK these are the OE spark plugs for an LS400. My LS400 runs fantastic with them, and I doubt I'll ever have to change them again (unless I put over 100k miles on my LS400 in the time I own it.)

The whole NGK vs. Denso thing is a entirely up personal opinion. In my opinion, they're virtually the same thing. You can't go wrong with either plug. NGK is more easily accessible in most cases, and in general, I prefer them to Denso simply because I've always used NGK and never had anything but pleasant results.

I have Bosch Platinums in mine currently and have used them with good results. YMMV. Some debate the lower arc-ing voltage of irridium vs. Platinum and at the cost, difference, I didn't notice it. Even when changing the caps/rotors and wires, it didn't lead to a old vs. new difference. Maybe a few tenths of a mile overall so maybe 10-12 miles for an overall tank of gas.
