That diagnosis by that dealership should raise a red flag; that's one of the worst I've ever heard. Resetting the CEL and TRAC OFF lights won't in any way solve the real
problem behind it all!
The proper way to do this is to have the dealership use an error code scanner to read the correct error emitted from the CEL and TRAC OFF lights. Every dealership should have such an error code scanner tool. The source of the error could be anything, but from my experience with the ES, I venture to guess it's a problem with the charcoal canister in the evaporative control system in your car.
In any case, you must go back to the dealership and get the error code read. Hope this helps
