Looks like Philip had a premonition as he started a thread on this unwelcome topic this week.
The pictures infer light damage, though the extent of the passenger side front fender and driver side rear quarter are unknown from the pictures.
I am kind of amazed that what looks like minor damage led to an insurance total.
I understand the parts are crazy expensive ($16K for the front bumper) and carbon tub damage requires shipment to Germany for repairs.
My sense is, a VIP owner who carries some weight with their Agent.
It shows VIN 140... but we don't know if that means that the VIN is 140 (meaning the sequence number of the car is likely #142) or if the sequential number of this car is actually 140. Hmmm.
Also, it shows that this car is for sale CLEAN TITLE -- so probably not an insurance total, right?

Lol i was just gonna ask the same question. That sucks a lot but there seems to be no structural damage. Wait this isn't the first LFA crash, the chief tester of Toyota died in a accident in a LFA.
