Problem leaving USB drive plugged in???
Is it a problem to leave a flash drive for music plugged into the USB port (2015 LS) all the time? Or does it need to be removed each time the car is turned off?
I had a 2008 BMW 550i and if I left a USB drive plugged in with the car off, it would slowly cause the battery to drain. BMW said it was because the presence of the USB drive never allowed the car to fully "go to sleep"...
So, just wondering if that would be the case in a new Lexus or not...
Anybody know?

Not completely sure but I have a USB key in my 2014 IS F now for over a year with no issues. The car has sat for a while on vacation and it does indeed seem to deep sleep since it goes through a bit more of an extended media boot screen. But I haven't had any battery issues at all.
