Default Headrest monitor with no signal

Hi everyone I need your opinions. I have had my headrest tvs in my car for four years and now im having problems. I used to have my ps2 hooked up to the monitors but I decided to just use a portable dvd player. So I went to hook everything up and my and driverside monitor plays the video and the passenger displays no signal. I tried swapping the wires to make sure my Rcas were good and it is doing the same thing. Is it possible to just replace the video box on each monitor or what should I do?

May sound like a stupid question but have you tried switching the input signal through the passenger side monitor via the on screen menu?
