Question Rip CD-Rs to ML System harddrive?

I have a new 2008 LS460 with nav and the Mark Levinson audio package. I've ripped plenty of store bought CDs to the car's harddrive, but I also want to be able to transfer DRM-free MP3s to the car.

There's no way to burn a data CD with MP3s and just copy them over (which is silly), and even when I burn an audio CD, the system will still not allow me to rip the music onto the car's harddrive. I finally read the manual and it said burned CD-Rs are not supported (which is REALLY silly).

Anyway around this?

Thanks in advance!
