Your disarms wire for the 94 es is a red/blue stripe in the driver kick panel, with a multi meter is should show a ground when in the unlock position when using the key to unlock the driver door. You should be able to permanently ground this wire to completely shut off the factory alarm. If you don't want to permanently shut it off you should be able to just unlock the doors with the key to shut off the alarm, if the driver door does not do the trick try the others including the trunk
BananasGs if you have a fax machine I can fax some info on you GS.

spinedoc,
I don't know too much about what exactly happens when the alarm goes off. I think I herd about an engine immobilizer from my friend, but if it only the sound you are worried about just cut the wires to the alarm speaker. I'm sure that there are other things so the car probably doesn't start.

OK I am lost here. If I want to permanently turn off the factory alarm I ground the red/blue stripe wire, correct?
The hard part is that the alarm turn on even if you do not use the key, if you just lock the car then the alarm is on, sigh.
By the way, the factory alarm has no speaker, it is hooked up to the lights and the horn.
Thanx

On the 94 ES300 the wire should rest either neutral or positive, to test for the correct disarm and since your key cylinder does not disarm the factory alarm, I would get a very small fuse (1 amp) wire into a lead which goes to ground and with the other end quickly touch the disarm wire while the alarm is going off to see if it shuts the factory alarm off. When you find the correct wire ground it and the alarm should not turn on.

OK, how do I ground the wire when I find the right one (which will be hard, since I live in a residential neighborhood). Do I just splice in a wire that connects to a large metal area? Or do I have to cut the wire and attach one of the ends to metal?
This is my only hope, as the dealership cannot fix the problem, and they also refuse to disconnect the alarm.
Thanx
