AVC-Lan Protocol?
Does anyone know where I can find details on the AVC-Lan protocol?
If anyone's interested, I did find a list of physical & logical addresses in the Pioneer's service manual for the Rx330 HU.
For those of you that don't know, AVC-Lan is the command network that connects all of the various AV components, such as NAV, radio, amp, DVD changer, rear seat entertainment, backup camera, etc. together in the newer Lexus/Toyota vehicles such as the RX330 & Prius.

First you have to remove the tuner, and see who makes it and what the model # is. You might be able to find that information on this board without disassembling your car. On the other hand, if you plan on using in the information in the manual, I assume you are more than ready to diassemble your car.
If it's a Pioneer, the service manual should be available from Pioneer parts at (800) 421-1404 (6:00AM-4:30PM PST M-F). Mine was $28.39. The model # on the Rx330 is FX-MG8227ZT, so look for a number like that.
If you have a Nakamichi, the procedure should be similar, but you'll have to look up the number yourself.
