Default Possible Trasmission Issue

To start off i will do my best to describe as best i can what the issue is.

First off it's a 2014 IS350 AWD

i will be taking the car in for service for them to check as it is under warranty still. I just don't want them to come back and tell me it's normal because it definately does not feel normal.

so basically the problem i seem to be having is when the transmission shifts from 5th gear to 6th gear it feels as if it is not engaging properly, it is not a smooth shift at all. It generally does it at lower rpm but have noticed it does it sometimes at higher rpm. It feels like it stuggles to engage properly into gear and their is a very noticeable vibration that you can feel though the car almost like the transmission is shaking.

i apologize i'm not the best at trying to describe the issue im having so hopefully someone will understand.

I would stop driving it and take it in for warranty work if the transmission is shaking to be on the safe side.

It may not be the actual transmission but the software that controls it. Have your dealer check it out.
