Voice Command List?

I'd go to the site below and do a search once you select the manuals and resources button. Input your search criteria (car, year, etc.). You're bound to find something there.

I don't think there's an official list but you can pretty much do casual language and Lexus system understands most of the time.
For example, if you want to enter an address in Nav, the command is "Enter an address" but if you said "find an address" or "look up an address" it will perform the same function.
Except it looks like Lexus removed some commands from 2IS. I used to be able to adjust temp by saying 75 degrees and it will set to it but not anymore with 3IS, and quick shortcut on Nav destination is also gone.

If you have a Lexu drivers account (https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/home.do), you can go to "Manuals and Resources". When you are there, choose "Owner's navigation manual" and search.
In the list that shows up, click on "2014 IS250/IS350: VOICE COMMAND SYSTEM OPERATION (pdf)". On the bottom of the page, there is a list of voice commands supported by the IS.

Voice commands can be quite clunky. But since Lexus disabled certain features while driving (even by passengers) , I have been using the voice commands quite often. It is definitely not perfect, but certain things work very well. Two frequent things I use are to call people and to go home.

I find voice commands very convenient for executing audio choices while driving. I use "AM radio" FM Radio" "iPod" all the time to choose among modes. I especially like "Play Artist, Album, Song" to help select the thousands of choices I have on my iPod.
