IS-F New Body Available This Summer? Or Summer 2014?
"*IS F & IS Convertible are carryover for 2014" - I believe I am trying to deny the obvious, but just to confirm, there will be no body changes for the IS-F upon the 2013 summer release of the IS 3G, correct?
My confusion lies within the fact that an IS-F was premiered on stage in Detroit as the star IS to great fanfare and attention, Lexus is currently parading an IS-F around California dealerships and most articles seem to center around the IS-F. Promote a car so heavily and then not sell it in the near future.
Can anyone tell me it ain't so and that I will be able to secure the new body style IS-F this summer? Please...

No new IS F this year. The 2IS debuted as a 2006 model year and the IS F as a 2008 model year. Traditionally the high powered car debuts a year or two after the regular cars debut.
For example the new f30 3 series sedan debuted over a year ago, the old body style coupe and convertible and M3 is being sold. The new coupes and M3 debut late this year and next year.
Same with the AMG cars, Audi RS etc
