Default Is this the PVC Vacuum Valve?

Can someone confirm if this is the PVC valve for a 2006 Lexus IS250? I am trying to SeaFoam my car.

I took it off and turned the car on and there was no suction/vacuum effect.. then the engine started rattling and shaking like crazy.

No....I think you mean PCV valve and it should screw in and have a hose and clamp on it, #12204 is the valve.

That picture shows the cold start injector and the port for the brake booster vacuum hose. The PCV is more on the front (crank) side of the engine. The PCV valve is threaded into the valve cover.

Would you recommend pouring seafoam down it to clear carbon build up?
