Just Picked Up A 2007 IS250, Couple Radio Questions
Hello all! Can't wait to become a part of this community. Now that I finally picked up the IS250 I've been looking for I have a couple questions in regards to the factory radio (with nav.).
First off, when using Satellite Radio it seems I have the crank the volume up more than I do when listening to anything else? I assume this is normal but it struck me as strange.
Secondly, is there any way (please let there be a way!) to use Bluetooth to listen to music from my phone? So far it seems the bluetooth is for phone calls only which would be a real bummer.

Hey, welcome to CL, I have a 2010 with nav and to listen to music on your phone press the BT button on the nav unit and hit connect and it should connect your phone and go to the play list on your phone and it should play. I think volume issue is normal.

NghtWng250, I'm afraid that toyoman29's comment doesn't apply to your car. The bluetooth in Lexus IS cars prior to the 2010 model year were for phone calls only.
If you want to use bluetooth to listen to music, you can buy an inexpensive adapter that plugs into aux jack. I use this one:
