Default Tire and Rim size help

I was thinking of doing my IS350 like this one I found on google (pictured below)



I need some help figuring out what size tires and rims to get to lower mine like that, I was thinking of getting these wheels in a 19"



any help on sizes is much appreciated pictured below is my car.

Wheels don't lower your car,suspension does and adjustable CO's are the way to go if you can afford it.

I know about the coilovers I was just saying that because I don't want to run when I go that low.

If your specifically talking about the Vossen CV3's then here is the best staggered fit in a 19. Your probably still going to have to do a little trimming or run stretched tires to keep from being completely rub free though with this set up.
