Assuming the car is in average condition, whats a good price for one of these from a dealer? Located in California.

I paid 17,000 US equivalent price for a 2007 IS350 with sport package and only 27,000 miles up here in Canada. My car is in excellent condition, only has one door ding no scratches etc. I think this is a rare find though, car was for sale for only 30 mins when I offered.

Yeah thats an absolute steal. I think these cars demand a higher premium in California, or so people list them for sale at least. I dont know what they actually SELL for, but all the asking prices are $18k to $19k for 350s with 70-80k miles.

Wait a bit you may luck out like me. I looked at one earlier in the day when I was looking at they wanted more and it had double the mileage. I know it's hard to wait.

Under $17k is a good price...u can get them for $18k all day in CA.
Make sure the 60k mile service has been done.

You think under $17k is realistic from a dealer? All the prices ive seen that arent private party seem inflated in my opinion. Been looking for the past month.

The Lexus site on a particular car Im looking at has the following.. Doesnt say 60k service.

DONE - *PERFORMED LEXUS MULTI - POINT INSPECTION - 70162
DONE - *RESET SERVICE REMINDER LIGHT - 70162

goto couple dealers and make an offer of $16,500...most likely will end up paying between $17k to $17,500.

60k mile service - cost around $1500 - ask them if spark plugs have been replaced ... spark plugs is a major part of 60k mile service.

Got my 08 for 16k from a dealership. That's what they had it listed for. It had more miles though. Almost 90k.

Thats a good deal. I wish there were prices like that here in CA. Gotta pay that sunshine tax I guess. Did you have it inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase?

No, but I did buy the dealership's 3 year full warranty, which took the total price with taxes and everything to $20k. But warranties are always refundable. I just wanted it for at least the first year.

There's an 06 with 77k for $15k by me.

I wish I could buy a car that far away. But by the time I actually got it back to California I may as well just buy a car here for more money.

You might not want a car from a place that snows. All that rust from salt damage.

The car im looking at is actually at a dealership, but its not a huge Lexus dealership - Id call it a mid sized lot. Ive heard great things about those Acuras but im just not a huge fan.
