Disaster (So Far) Remote Start Install on 09 IS250 - Advice?

Yes, my installer bypassed that. All I have to do is Push the SEAT Memory 1 Button and go. No restarting the engine.

UPDATE:
The car was at Best Buy for about five hours Tuesday and the tech got the remote start working. He said the remote start was set for manual and had to be changed to automatic and the module had to be reprogrammed. All the electronics went back to normal, except the cigarette lighter, where the fuse had to be replaced.
The only thing he couldn't do was program the Viper remote to open the trunk. Not a big deal for me as she's going to carry the Lexus keyfob with her anyway.
Takeover is done by pressing the start button twice OR pressing the start button and brake at the same time. If it's not exact, the car turns off. Definitely easier to just press the button twice.
Thanks for the comments and assistance, everyone.

Completely agree - I personally would never let Best Buy mess with any auto electronics. They left my pre-Lexus car a mess and denied any responsibility for the lights on the dash between the driver and passenger.
