You'll need to roll the quarter panel and maybe pull it too. Rear tires are way too wide to not have it rub. Front tires won't work either, you'll need a 225/30/20. That's what I had. Roll the front also.

You'll need something with higher offsets like +40 up front and +30 in the rear.

Agree. You need a higher offset - that one is not intended for a 2IS. Also, rear tires are way too wide, those are for a G37. You're better off with 265-30-20 or 255-30-20.

20's will be a bit more difficult to fit if you're low (rubbing the liner and full turns). I mDe them fit as well as many others. Some people think 20's are too big. It's all up to you and what you like. Those might fit a bit better but I still feel you'll need to do some fender work.

umm, i just found other rims and they seem to be a better set up
they are
20X8.5" Front, 20x10" Rear
and the offsets are
35mm Front & 38 mm Rear

do you think i could fit them with no finders work?
and what tires should i go with?

This thread will help since it's got the specs, pics, and what they've experienced. There is another one for "will these fit" but I think this one below is a little more helpful for me.

Everyone is steering you in the right direction too... sometimes a couple photos helps get an idea of what you'll be dealing with.

Those should fit fine. Do 225/30/20 and 265/30/20 tire sizes.

is it ok to put 275/30/r20 in the rear. 265/30/r20 are very hard to find

You might need more work to your rear quarter panels. You might have better luck with 255/30/20. That's what I had in my car with a 10.5" +30 in the rear.
