H11 Xenon HID Conversion - Relay Harness?

Rather than flip the connector, this video will help with the proper way to reverse polarity on an HID kit:
Many Lexus/Toyotas require reversing polarity but not all. It is hit/miss if you will need to do it. As for as relay, all Xtreme kits come with a relay but the Xtreme ballast is very low draw and on a Lexus/Toyota using a relay is entirely optional.

Thanks John. I flipped the connector around and it still doesn't fire. I assume that the contacts inside the connector are touching the prongs when doing this. Also, the connector that comes with the ballast does not "click" into the headlight connector. Is this normal?

Hi,
You cannot just flip the connector as the pins will not fully insert and you will not get a proper connection. You need to physically remove the connectors and reverse their locations to ensure proper fitment. Also, the plug on harness will securely plug into your OE harness just like your stock bulb.

As I kind of suspected, flipping the connectors didn't help. Bulb still won't fire and the connector isn't the same fit as the bulb. Please see the photo for what I mean, where the HID connector has a wider catch, and it doesn't fit in the groove of my headlight connector and therefore there is no click when pushed in fully.
I've also attached a video of the setup. Is there something wrong with what I'm doing here?

Looks like I ordered the wrong kit, but Steve and the gang at XenonDepot have taken care of me. I'll be posting pics and a video review once I receive the H11 bulbs.
Thanks again guys.
