Default Brake lights always on

I was trying to park on a steep hill but I ****ed up and my car rolled into the car in front of me. There's some light damage on the bumper but for the most part everything looks fine.

But I noticed that my brake lights are always on now. I can turn them off if I lift the brake pedal upwards, but if I let it rest normally, the lights will come on. Does anyone know why this might be?

Found the brake light switch. It's above the brake pedal. I placed a dime in-between the switch because the rubber wasn't depressing it all the way and that fixed the issue... I think.

That's a major safety issue. I would repair it correctly. Visit Lexus and see if they would comp the bill due to it being a major safety issue.
