Quick questions about the 3M tape for the Spoiler Install
Hi Friends,
Been reading a bit on Ebay OEM Style Lip install in a few threads, but have some clarifying questions. Seems that the 3M tapes are the right answer, but again, just need to fine tune the instructions:
1. Which 3M tape is the EXACT one to order or buy? Can I have a link and how much to buy of it? Can I buy it in store?
2. Do I need anything more than the tape to make sure the spoiler stays on? (Other than cleaning and etc). As in, do I need to apply any additional adhesive promoters or sealants? If so, which one? Link, and will it still make the process reversable?
3. WHERE exactly to place the tape on the spoiler? Some people say, make sure you get the edges of the spoiler GOOD with the tape to make it sit flush. Others say the TOTAL opposite, saying make sure NOT to get the tape too close to the edges, otherwise it will not sit flush. Which one is true? Does anyone have a picture of how they placed their tape from when they did an install?
4. Anything more than rubbing alcohol I need to prep and clean the area of install?
Appreciate your responses in advance! Thank you!

I used the above from walmart. Should be around 5 dollars.
Prep the area with rubbing alcohol. Do it during when the sun is out so the tape and adhere to the surface and spoiler well.
