So my drl makes me connect the harness to the battery so it's not plug n play where you can stuff everything behind the moisture caps. So long story short. I just kept my caps off since it's sunny in San Jose, CA. Still summer but winter is coming up shortly. Drl works like I wanted it to without caps. Except! I already have two holes drilled to fit the wires in, but I need to take off the plastic off these two plugs to jam them in. Anyone know how? If having the moisture cap off is truly a big hazard ( I know it could mess up the ballast) let me know.

Why don't you just cut the wires and crimp them on the other side of the cap?

does the DRL have a round rubber piece connected to it? you can use that to cover up the hole

No it does not. In the instructions, it tells me that I need to remove the plug off these two wires to make it skinnier.
