I had a chance to compare my 2011 IS250 F Sport seats to a 2008 ISF seats a couple of weeks ago. My F Sport seats were more firm but overall almost the same.

The non-F Sport seats.. I don't think we need to discuss. We can slide around all day in those

better seats, blue stitching on seats/steering wheel/arm rests/doors, black headliner(changes the look completely), aluminum sport pedals, nice black dash for 09+, embroided F seats, steering wheel, slide button style sunroof buttons, diff dash cluster, and no melting dashboards on the isf.

the is250/350 feels roomier just by the beige headliner alone. pulls more light in the car and make you feel less claustrophobic .
