Default DIY cardboard front splitter

Of course this was completely for fun, but to also get me some ideas of what measurements I might need to look at when it comes time to get a CF splitter. Yes, I'm seriously considering getting one, but definitely won't be this aggressive since I DD this Lex. This reminds me of the Top Gear episode when they installed a plywood splitter on a Renault Avantime. Short-lived though! LOL!

Measurements below were based off of the bottom-most portion of a OEM '06 bumper cover :

Width - 65"
Middle height - 15.25"
Qtr height - 12.5"

Enjoy!

Spray paint it black, add some more tape and your good to go!

On a serious note, I have been looking for one too. Not to aggressive. Let me know if you find one that fits!

Since there's not a single thing out for the 2IS, it will either be one of two things :

1) managing a universal splitter with similar dimensions to fit it
2) send measurements in to have one made to spec, as shown here : http://www.aprperformance.com/index....sk=view&id=250

But it was fun just to visualize it, even if it was just cardboard.
