so the car lights start flashing at random times. sometimes at start up and some times while driving
brought to the dealer the dealer said its nothing cleared the codes and charged 110$
couple days later it came on again. and it comes on randomly doesnt seem to be related to temperature or weather.
any ideas ?

Sounds like another one with a faulty yaw rate sensor...or even the ECM itself? Here is the yaw sensor's location : https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ere-is-it.html

i told him not tot take it to the stealership.
the yaw sensor would cause those codes ?
the car is completely stock no work done 40 000 kms on it.
it has the powertrain warranty but that does not cover electronic problems.
i'm sure the car can be driven for another 10 years with out this causing more than flashing lights
but its an almost new car he just wants it to work right.

We used to call this "The Magic Reset" on saabcentral! Worked for 90 percent of CEL issues on our 9-3s but weren't always permanent. Then again we drove Saabs so CELs were par for the course lol.
