TSX would be my first choice. More reliable than IS250 in almost every aspect.
If IS350 was on your list is was simple, That car would be the one.. but IS250 is the most unreliable Lexus especially on the years you consider it.
- 2007/08 is notorious for carbon build up and you are 2 years or so to be without warranty on that( i think they cover 9 years, unlimited miles)
- Nav screen is prone to fail, especially in those years.
- dash melting and other things..
- Seats are terrible, especially for long commutes.
Stick with Acura , better mileage, same power or better and most reliable

Maintenance on a luxury car isn’t cheap by any means especially if you’re taken it to the dealer. I know you want ball out and get a Lexus or Infiniti. Truthfully back in the day I admit I thought the same way. But if I was in your position all over again I would purchase a Honda Accord. A luxury car with no warranty at a young age isn’t smart unless you have a nice saving.
I’m sure you can find one with the features you’re looking for with fewer miles.

Call your insurance carrier and ask about the cost difference. I live in LA County and my isurance went up by $80 (per six month term) when I traded in my BMW for the IS250. My agent said it was because Lexus are stolen more than BMW's.

One thing I learned about Hondas when my daughter wrecked hers and had no insurance....parts are cheap! Hers was a Civic though. Like, I bought a front fender for $80. Everythings was cheap for it.

If considering coupes, why not a G35 coupe? I think those are really nice. I had an '08 G37 coupe. It would fly.
