Help from IS owners with 19s
Hi everyone,
So I am looking into getting some STR 607 or 610s 19x8.5 F with +30 offset and 19x10.5 R with +35 offset my question is will this work on my RWD Is250 and will I need any fender rolling, I have been doing a lot of research but would really like some input please from owners with aggressive wheels, I am looking for just flush and also for a H&R or Megan racing spring 1.5" drop

you don't need fender rolling. There's some people on here that say they rub, some that say they don't. Depending on the tire size you go with, brand of tires. I have Pirelli's on mine and did the recommended settings to stay within specs but every hard turn, Sharp U turn's or downhill sharp turns (going about 5mph or less) i hear a rub. It's the fender liner, not the tabs. I've been wanting to use a heatgun and just do the fix but I'm too lazy to take off my tire and spend at least an hour or so getting one side done.

its going to be dependent on your tire specs and low you are going to end up. because having a 19x8.5 a 225/35 is going to be square and my by chance gravity pull your front fenders without a roll at that offset. i have a 265/30 on a 19x10 +32 rear and im positive it'll rub had i not had my rears rolled.
but then again i have more than a 1' drop too
but then again i have more than a 1' drop too

because say one day you get the urge to go lower and swap to coilovers, you are still good to go. versus you will have to do it eventually anyway

well granted i have far more than a 1.5 drop, my front fenders werent rolled with my 19x8.5 +27 effective offset my fenders did get some gravity pull. so i would honestly suggest a fender roll with those spec wheels.

The rears won't be just flush with the fenders, it will stick out past the fenders a bit and would probably require rolling if you are dropped too low.
I have 19x9.5 and 40mm offset in the rear, this setup doesn't rub and just sit flush enough without rubbing. I'm even running 275 rears and dropped one inch.

I'm running 19x10 +38 with 275/30 19 ZR michelin Pilot Super Sports dropped on BC/BR coilovers and if I go to low they will rub. I put some negative camber in and raised it a little and no problems now. The fronts are 19x8.5 + 32 235/35 ZRs and they will also rub if I go to low, I put some neg camber into the front and raised it a little more and only have a little inner fender liner rub now that a heat gun will fix.
