Now to answer the OP question, I'm honestly not sure as I don't have the wiring schematics in front of me to cross reference if all the pins match up. However if they don’t it would only be a simple thing of de-pining and moving the pins/wire to the correct location.
Also be aware that even with the factory HID headlights installed on your car you will still not have AFS or Auto level.

So will that kit from Sewell work with a pre existing IS350 w/o HID?
I am able to get a set of headlights with factory ballasts but it just occurred to me that the wiring from the factory harness maybe different as the halogen h11 bulb uses a different harness.
Without the auto leveling.. Did u think it would be
More cost effective to just get an aftermarket HID kit?
