Default URGENT:2009 IS 250 won't start after oil-life reset

So, I followed instructions on the web. First time I depressed odometer button and pressed start button once. Then I figured I needed to press it twice and hold 5 sec. Everything is working but it won't crank. Please help.

Can it be that because I haven't changed the oil?

1. You need to hold down that little black button below the your speedometer/tach gauges.

2. Press the Start/stop button twice while still holding the button. You'll see a count down-like timer in your odometer.

3. Once the countdown is done, press the start/stop button once. Now everything should be off.

4. Press the brake and press the start/stop button.

That is how you reset the oil reminder. The car does not know if you really changed the oil or not.

If all else fails, unplug the battery for maybe 30 mins or so then come back to the car.
