What a terrible day. This morning after I warmed up the car and began to drive, my car start shaking violently and the engine, traction control and vcs light all came on. Did a little research after work and find out its a common issue with is250. Lexus have a TSIB on the issue and only willing to fix it if they can replica the violent shaking and all that. So I took the car and get a code read and find out the #3 spark pug missed fire. During the entire day the fog light were running fine until during the trip back home the fog light indicator is off and find both side of the fog light is out. I check the fuse and they were all fine. Can someone please help!

Yes I check the fuse under the hood on the driver side and one under the steering wheel ( fog rr) too. I read about chocking the polarity and switching the fog and horn relay but I have no idea where to start and the article is for is300.

something might be bad with your harness You might have to get it checke dout by a dealership

If the fog light indicator is off your not running them hence why there off. Turn them back on and they'll run as long as your headlights are on.

I don't think there is a individual switch to turn the fog light on or off while the headlight is running right? I have no idea where to start and locate the harness and connection but I'm gonna do that when the weather is better. My warranty expired so the dealership is no longer an option.

Yes there is on the spot your headlight switch is. Just click up to the on position.

Laobo979 you are right there is a spot to turn it on. I feel so stupid yet relieved . Thanks a lot guys!

same happen to me when i was installing hid. i thought it was a big problem but only a switch.
