A Program Cannot Be Read Please Consult To A Dealer
I just installed my aftermarket subwoofers and amplifier in 2009 Lexus IS250 and after disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery and plugging it in after I was done, I got a message on my nav screen saying "A Program Cannot Be Read Please Consult To A Dealer".
I tried calling my local Lexus dealership and the lady on the phone said that the diagnosis of the problem itself would cost about $120.
My car is warranty and I don't know what to do. I've removed the clock panel and ejected then reinserted the NAV DVD but I still get the same message. I've also tried unplugging my battery for more than 30 min and it still hasn't solved the problem. I searched everywhere and cannot find a solution to this, can anyone please help? Thank you.

you will have to eject the disk by touching the screen's corners ... going from up right to up left - down left and then down right
do it twice then the disk will be ejected
insert the CD that came originally with the car... then it should work
this happens every time you disconnect your battery terminals .
hope you understood me.

I went to the dealership today and turns out my car had an old NAV DVD in there, I don't know how that happened because I bought the car used. I'm guessing the previous owner had something to do with that. But I bought it into the dealer and luckily someone was getting their 09 ES Nav updated from 09 to 2012 so I got lucky and my service advisor put the ES's 09 DVD into my IS free of charge and it worked =] I left the dealership without paying a dime, what the lady told me on the phone when I first called was very inaccurate, she quoted me $120 to check what was wrong...however, I walked out not paying anything =]

Yeah, what turned out to be frustrating and filled with problems...ended very smoothly with everything working out in the end =] Thanks to all the people on the forums that helped me out, especially Slammer 1. I appreciate it! I am enjoying my subs!
