IS350 f sport or IS250 f sport
My IS300 was totaled a few weeks ago. Time for a new lex. I'm dead
set on the F sport black on black 2011. I found one in Las Vegas *is350 black on black f sport* for around 34k with 25k miles. Sound like a fair price? I'm about to ****** it up but wanted to know if you it would be worth getting that or the 250. I assum everyone would say 350 all day. Does the ride compare to my is300 at all?

Go with your first feeling (dead set on 350 black on black)! If you go for the 250, and there is nothing wrong with that, you'll be second guessing your decision. Words of wisdom here. They are both fine vehicles, one a tad faster to the next red lite. If mpg's are a concern, go 250.....As for the ride, either one will be a drastic improvement compared to the 300. Thats my opinion!

Yup, my 350 is a tad faster to the next light than the 250.....which is EXACTLY why I bought it. I love the power and you will too. "No" I don't street race but if I did............hmmm. Gas mileage? Don't care and you won't either. JMO

I test drove the regular IS and did not like it, once I got on the F-Sport I saw the difference from the seats to the steering feel, so it is so worth it.

^ Same for me. I never really liked the 2IS design because I thought it was too conservative until I saw the F-Sport package. I thought it gave it a more aggressive look straight from the factory. If you do want some more of the luxury features, then perhaps getting a non-F-Sport IS, new or used, would be the way to go.
Regarding IS250 vs. IS350, I would test drive both. I did and I did notice a big difference so I went for the IS350 (and coincidentially mine was from Las Vegas as well!).

Pole Position
MPG between the IS250 and IS350 is pretty much the same. Both cars are great, but if money isn't a problem get the IS350. It's better to have the added power and not need it, then need it and not have it.
