Just like my last retrofit I have not pluged it up with anything and I have not had any issues with condensation. The key to this is to make sure you seal the lence correctly. You will also notice that I covered the holes where the factory ballast would mount as I'm running Nissan ballast on my car.

Am i understanding this right?
U retroers cut a whole to feed the bulb into the projector then leave it wide open with out using a seal?
Sorry for newb question i might not be understanding you guys perhaps.
My idea was to cut a whole directly behind my projector. Find a rubber grommet that had same dimension of hole i just made, vacuum out that hole i made since I'm sure particles/plastic will land inside headlight, cut small hole in middle of grommet to feed the bulb harness wires through, once wires are fed through grommet I'd rubber weld that small hole to the wires for air right seal, then push entire rubber grommet into the 1.8" hole i created and test for leaks... Am i over thinking this?

Holy sheet. Then I'm not as worried now.
And since light modz, the dude i used, impregnated the stock projector bracket with the s2k projectors manually dialing in the perfect cut off height and width should be fine too. I'm feeling much better about this then when i first texted u

Dear Eric,
Please help.
Love,
-J
This is what the retroer who did my lights told me... Here is copy and paste:
I dont recommend doing the cutting as you mentioned in the email, because its nearly impossible to avoid getting any shavings lodged in the front of the headlight where they will be visible through the front. I like the idea, but it should be executed with the headlight opened up. I can perform something like that for you. It actually would be a great cheaper and less complicated alternative. A lot less flashy and user friendly but definitely effective and simple. I can definitely do that for you. Are you planning on using the OEM HID system? Or an aftermarket one? If so TRS sells a nice D2S adaptor that is straight as opposed to a 90* right angle. This would be perfect for your idea. If not its cool, Im sure we can still manage to make it work with the OEM D2S plug.
As for the adjuster. You idea can work in theory. I think its worth a shot. I also think you may be mis understanding the way the adjusters work on these lights. I've attached a diagram for you to look at that may be helpful. let me know if this helps.
Attached pic he also sent me.
Please help.
