Key not detected???
This morning when I was heading out to school, I try unlocking the car with the key fob, but there was no response, so after a few min of switching back and forth between the back up key fob and pressing the unlock button, I still couldnt unlock the doors.
When I finally got in the car, I couldnt start it. it prompted me to touch the key fob with the ignition and then voila! it started after that. Since I couldnt start the car with either the master key or the replacement key, is low key fob battery the culprit here?
and also, how do you manually unlock the car??
thanks for all the help!

You can pop off the cover and open it, but if just changed car battery open and close door a few times to reset system then push lock and unlock on fob when the flash the light then hold brakes and make sure you get a green light on push botton .if its not reading your key my have got disprogramed

Its a cover on the right of the button on the handle that you pry it off from the bottom. You can use the mechanical key to unlock the door.
