Problem with my new IS 250

unfortunately you may always have problems with the car being it was wrecked. no matter how much of a deal you got its not worth the headache unless you can do the work yourself. with all the problems and costs you may face in the future. you probably could have bought a nice used one with no accidents and less problems. good luck though
unfortunately, that is true...

Was it bought from a private party, mechanic, or dealer?

Yikes... sorry to hear about the problems.
Did you try resetting the ECU by unplugging the battery and reconnecting it? Perhaps, it's a false reading or some hick-up.
We can't help much unless we get some error codes from the scanner. Hopefully, it's not too serious. FYI, fixing a Lexus is not going to come cheap... If you end up needing parts, check out Sewell to see if it can save you a few bucks.

i kno that the afs sign thats on is related to your headlights, if you purchased after market headlights without afs (advanced front lighting system) than that sign wont turn off, as to the awd thingy no clue lol

Taking into account the entire situation, for the lights like AFS that will cost you more than its worth, just put some black electrical tape over it (i seriously considered this during the winter when my check system light was on b/c i didn't put sensors into my winter rims).
Some of the others that may be a safety issue, you may have to bite the bullet to correct. Good luck
