Default Your Purchase Experience

Hi Everyone,

I have been reading lots of stories about just super crappy customer service from dealerships all over the country. It's very weird for me because I have a great relationship (so far!) with my dealership....mad props to Lexus of Wayzata (Minnesota)! They are always friendly and fair. Nevertheless, I'm curious to see if there is any correlation between what other dealerships did after the sale can be an indicator of how they will handle your "issues" later down the road. For example, my dealership walked me through my car and explained all sorts of intricacies of the vehicle before they let me drive it off the lot. They also made it a point to say, "Welcome to the family." after I signed the dotted line. Lastly, they personally introduced me to the service manager who also welcomed me into the fold. So please answer my Poll as I'm very curios about how many dealerships go through the welcome to the fam ritual.

Regards

Yep I got the same treatment at North Park Lexus in San Antonio! Also got a goodie bag with a bottle of wine! My sales lady still checks in to see how things are going and the service manager is very helpful as well. I can't complain at all! I bought a Lancer a month early (what I traded for my IS250) and one reason I traded it so fast was the service was so bad at the Mitsu dealer!!

Haha I figured that would be my experience as well only being 23, but the sales lady I had was about my age so I'm thinking that might have helped!
