Default Climate Control/Navigation dead

I am posting this for a friend who owns an 07 IS. The navigation system and Climate control units are dead. He does, however have the clock and radio working. Looking at his fuses, I couldn't find one that just dealt with this problem. I checked the TV fuses, and all fuses listed as A/C and everything checked out ok. I found 2 fuse boxes, one on passenger's and one on driver's side. Is there something obvious that I'm missing here? Or is this a common problem on IS models? The car is under warranty, but he does not want to deal with the local dealership-long story, bad blood there. I'm trying to save him a trip out of town to get this thing fixed, incase it's something minor.

Thanks,

Chris

only way you can really make sure its the fuse is putting a multimeter on it to check for continuity. Visual doesnt work sometimes

Well, they took it to the dealer and it is now fixed. Ended up being a loose wire.

I'm having the same issue with my is250. Do you remember which wire was loose?
