IS250 CD Changer "ERROR 3"
Just wanted to say thanks to forum users for answering questions in other threads (I did a search and found several threads on this subject).
Just to reiterate in case anyone has the problem. If you're getting an "ERROR 3" it means that your CD Changer is jammed. Here's the solution to get all your CDs out:
1. Hold down the eject button until the display says "EJECT ALL".
2. Bang on the left side of the CD slot. Not the plastic face, but the vinyl/rubber side of the center console near your feet under the steering wheel.
3. All my CDs then ejected fine.
If you get the error again, you may have to get it fixed by the dealer. Since my car is out of warranty, I don't want to bother. All the CDs in my changer were factory pressed, so the error didn't make sense to me as it usually happens with burned CDs or CDs with paper labels.

Hahaha... I have iPod integration with my Harman/Kardon Drive+Play 2 unit (which they no longer make )... an amazing artist, Alisa Childers (formerly of ZOEgirl), sang at our church. I bought her solo CD and wanted to listen to it right away...

My 2005 LS430 had Error 3 message. I disconnected the negative battery terminal for a 15 minutes, then reconnected it and the CD player started working fine again. Need to leave the battery disconnected for at least 15 minutes. This method won't work if the battery is disconnected and immediately reconnected. System needs a little time for the electrical connections to reset. You will need to reset your saved radio stations. Try disconnecting battery before even attempting removal of CD player from dash.
