$4,300 for New Plastic Moldings???
Hey CL;
I was quoted by a Lexus dealer today over $4,300 for the Silver Carbon Fiber looking Trim Pieces that come on the ISF. Is this for real? The quote was for all the center console pieces and then for all 4 doors. My jaw just about hit the floor. Even the guy at Lexus who had never looked these up started laughing. I asked if this was a joke or maybe it included four new complete doors? He said no mistake and continued to laugh. Anyone else price these out? Here is a picture of the Center Console Piece.

Yeah.
If you want the wood trim, it's about $1500.
Replacement parts for any Lexus are expensive. Best to find another way to get it.
It reminds me of the LED headlights for the LS600hL. If you want it for the LS460(L), it's $10,000 for both headlights!!!

That's absurd!!!
If I'm not mistaken though, there's someone here who bought a set of CF mouldings for the IS a LOOOONG time ago, way before Lexus even planned the ISF. They are aftermarket, but they still looked good, so you might want to check that option. I'll try to search for the info later (I'm going to work), and let you know if I find it.

The ISF Silver Carbon Fiber looks cheesy and $4300 is ridiculous, I would get the aftermarket dark (Black) Carbon Fiber kit. It is very reasonable at $280
