I was ready to see some heads roll til I noticed it was a younger girl. I did chew into her a bit, but I held back.
She was on the lane parallel to mine coming the other way. She was gonna make a left turn but the light was red for a few seconds already and she just kept going. When the light turned green for me... I wasn't at the light just yet and moved to the lane with no cars and was going through. The cars in the the middle and left lane had already started going and then WHAM!
The IS faired very well compared to her Suzuki SUV. The officer and the girl weren't able to get the car out of park so I had to move it for her.
Anyone have any opinions or experiences with AMEX insurance?

I have the back of the covers drilled for the HID's but the other headlight is fine as far as condensation goes, so it most def. has to be because of the accident. They were both fine before.

Glad you are ok, and I guess she's clearly at fault.
That's why I'm always cautious when I'm coming up on a green light on a wide open lane when others in adjacent lanes are just starting to move. There might be a redlight runner or pedestrian that you aren't aware of as you are coming up on the intersection.
Same thing is true in reverse. I wouldn't push my luck on a yellow light if I saw that one of the lanes coming against me was wide open.
Did your airbags deploy?

If i would of seen it coming... I would of definitely tried to avoid it. Hell, at least I was able to slam on the brakes right before to lessen the impact and thank god I was going well below the speed limit. It would of been a lot worse at 40mph.
A pedestrian would of been more visible (if they were walking within the indicated area).
