dealership suck!
lexus of glendale suck! 2nd time this had happen brought my car in for 5k service and a chuck of the front tire is torn out and rim got scratched.
first time the rear right left side rim was also scratched. i told them it wasn't there before i never scratched my rim.they said "we check the car before and after to check for dents, scratches blah blah. they couldnt even find the dent i made on accident. lexus glendale suck!

Dealer is only good at selling cars. <--my opinion only!
