Angry RIM got damage after dealer service

the wheel rim got slight damage (the paint falls off from the metal and can see the deep scratch) after having the dealer serviced the back brake rotor, should dealer be responsible to fixing it? this is brand new car under warranty

I got the car serviced at DVN Lexus, the problem is I found the damage when driven to home, didnt check throughoutly when picked up the car at dealer. Im sure it is not done by myself as I can feel the contact if i hit it while driving, which i didnt, and it is a deep scratch can see the inner metal
