Halo lights H.I.D.S troubleshooting.
i just bought a 02 is300. it came with halo headlights.
when i turn the lights on only the left halo and hid light turns on its take like two or three times of turning them off and on until the right headlight turns on. what happening? is it a bad ballast?

It's either the bulb or the ballast, you can try swapping the bulbs or the ballasts to see what happens. Usually, if it doesn't turn on most of the time like that, it is the ballast. If the bulb is bad, the light will come on, but turn off quickly.
