Hey guys I just recently bought an 02 is300, the previous owner installed kenwood component speakers front and rear with a kenwood 720w x 4 amp along with pioneer double din. it sounds great but i am thinking about a subwoofer/monoblock combination to add with it. I dont need a ton of bass so i was thinking either a single 10" or single 12" powered by an alpine pdx 1000w x 1 monoblock. im trying to save what space I can by locating the alpine in between the spare tire well and the false floor. I need opinions on what subwoofer would compliment this set up both on size and brand. I listen to a lot of rap/hip hop in case you were wondering.

Default continued newbie questions

Ok i did a bit of research and im thinking of getting either the RE SXX subwoofer or the JL Audio w6v2 inside of the prowedge box (CVS112RG-W6v2). anyone got opinions on either setup? also would it be a better idea to throw a kinetic battery in the back to power the alpine pdx instead of running power up to the car batt? If i did add another battery would it power that amplifier 24/7 reguardless of car being on or would the remote wire signal when the amp turns on and off?
