Question Is it safe & even worth the $$$?

I was looking into the lightened accessory pulleys for the IS and was wondering if anyone has them on their car?

Are they safe or would they decrease the reliability of the car in some way? Cause i heard the crank pulley is suppose to be the one not to mess with but the accessory ones are suppose to be okay. But is it worth paying that much money and do you even really notice a difference? Or are the stock pulleys my best bet for keeping the car reliable or is there no difference between them because thats my main thing is to keep the car dependable for daily driving.

Just want a little more background about this stuff cus I

I doubt you'd get any performance boost from that at all. If it's not done right, it is a potential reliability problem, especially if it snaps off or shreds your belt or something crazy like that lol.

i would rather see you do cams, and cam gears, depening if you wanna boost or not depends on your cams, 264's, 272's...
